What Are the 4 Most Common Eye Diseases?

  • Diabetic Retinopathy

    If you have diabetes, you should be aware of the risk of diabetic retinopathy. Elevated blood sugar can cause blood vessels in the eye to become inflamed or swell. In the early stages, you may not notice symptoms, but advanced diabetic retinopathy can cause blurred vision or eye inflammation.

    Diabetic retinopathy treatment includes:

  • Glaucoma

I am grateful for choosing to go back to Hill Country Vision Center after a couple bad experiences. ... I received courtesy call for an overdue eye checkup. I was told Dr. Juett, joined the HCVC staff and was excepting new patients. Dr. Juett was a breath of fresh air and I didn't feel rushed. The front desk, vision techs. were so kind and informative.
